What the ovens can actually dry.
Nameplate figures, annual, based on 320 operating days and three shifts. Sheeting capacity of 12.6 M m² is L1 + L2 only; L3 adhesive coating serves every product family.
| Line | Site | Process | Width | Capacity | What it makes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| L1 | Ningbo · Beilun | Glass-bead coating (drying oven) | 1.35 m | 4.2 M m² | Type I / II, licence plate film |
| L2 | Ningbo · Beilun | Microprism embossing + UV cure | 1.65 m | 8.4 M m² | Type IV / VIII / XI, print media |
| L3 | Jiaxing | Adhesive coating (solvent & hot-melt) | 1.65 m | 14.6 M m² | All sheeting, tape and fabric |
| L4 | Jiaxing | Photoluminescent coating + lamination | 1.25 m | 2.3 M m² | PL film, exit signs, path marking |
| L5 | Jiaxing | Two-side simultaneous coating (2026) | 1.65 m | +3.0 M m² | High-volume Type IV export |
L5 is under construction in Jiaxing: target +3.0 M m² and a 48-hour changeover instead of five days.
Coating capacity and converted capacity are different numbers.
Suppliers routinely mix them. 12.6 M m² is what the ovens can dry. After slitting losses and off-cut, sellable output runs at 88–91% of that.
We quote the nameplate figure and the yield separately so a buyer can do the arithmetic. The same applies to lead time: it is measured from artwork or PO release, not from the enquiry.
